This article examines the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's position on Russia's Special Military Operation. The study analyses dynamics Hanoi's official statements and identifies factors influencing its position, as well Vietnamese society. draws a variety sources, including Russian, Western media sources. author points out need to consider basic principles Vietnam foreign policy in order better understand issue. It concludes by stressing importance flexible diplomacy complex geopolitical situation maintaining neutrality conflict.
